Dr Kenneth C. Mildwaters has a PhD in Law from the Centre for Petroleum and Mineral Law Studies at the University of Dundee. He was a Visiting Scholar at the Graduate School of Business Administration at Harvard University, and is a solicitor of the High Court of England and Wales. He has practiced law as a partner with firms Kott Gunning, Jackson McDonald ( Australia), Theodore Goddard and Lewis & Bockius (England) and with the London offices of American law firms. He has advised on exploration, development, production, supply and sales activities in the oil, gas and minerals sectors for clients including British Gas, Mobil and Emerald Oilfield Services.
