Funsho Lawal holds an LL.B in Law from the University of London, and an LL.M in Petroleum Law, Policy & Economics from the Centre for Petroleum, Mineral Law & Policy, University of Dundee, Scotland. He is a Barrister & Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria, and an Utter Barrister and member of the Honourable Society of Grays Inn London. He has a strong knowledge of the critical aspects of the Oil & Gas Industry namely Legal,Fiscal,Commercial and the political considerations. He has managed numerous business development teams and has strong experience of the Gulf of Guinea Hydrocarbon sector. He has also over the years raised equity and debt funding for small to medium cap E&P companies. He currently advises the Company on Nigeria and Angolan matters.
