Yinka Ogundare

• Graduated with BA, MENG Electrical and Information Engineering and MA degrees from University of  Cambridge in the United Kingdom (UK)
• He has over 26 years of Oil and Gas industry experience covering Onshore and Offshore Operations in various countries.
• In 1997 he joined Schlumberger as a Wireline Field Engineer. Yinka subsequently had job roles in Technical Support, Field Service Management, Sales and marketing located in the UK, Equatorial Guinea, Kazakhstan and Nigeria over a 10 year period.
• He was the country Manager of EER Nigeria and Group COO for 7 years before being appointed CEO in March 2014.
• His experience & skill sets extend cover upstream, midstream, downstream, operations (crude oil and refined products trading) and oilfield services as well as business strategy, governance, leadership, people management, and deal making (M&A, Structuring and Capital raising activities).
• He has working experience in, and also on the board of , utility ( renewable energy and water) and mining companies.
