We have welcomed some new members to our Board of Directors, namely: Dr. Godswill Ihetu* (Chairman), Yinka Ogundare (CEO), Nicholas Lee (CFO), Nike Olowolafe* and Olivia Ada Okonji* have now joined or are in the process of joining Osamede Okhomina as board members.

Yinka Ogundare (an ex-Schlumberger employee) with his experience overseeing the company’s assets as COO has been promoted to CEO, whilst Osamede Okhomina has now assumed the role of Executive Vice Chairman, with a more determined focus on business development activities to grow the company’s portfolio of low risk, high return assets. This is very much in line with the company’s growth strategy.
